1 | Talent Hunt Scheme | As a transformative initiative to tap into the immense creative potential of Delhi’s young residents, Hon’ble Chief Minister Delhi announced to launch a “Talent Hunt Scheme” through the Art, Culture, and Languages Department of Delhi, whose main objective will be to identify the hidden natural and untapped talents, provide them platform, encourage creativity, promote equity, inclusiveness from poor and marginalised sections of society, take pride in folk traditions and cultural heritage and recognise & empower such artists. Further, the scheme will target artists of Delhi which will include students, young professionals and self-taught artists in various art forms like singing, music, dance and visual arts and performing arts |

| 5 | Street Theatre & Performing Arts
| The Scheme is to encourage, promote and mentor young talent and to bring forth social issues among communities and public. The fellowship will support 100 groups (Consisting of 10 artists each). The street theatres are being organised by Sahitya Kala Parishad from time to time. |

| 8 | Festival of India | This scheme is for organizing culture activities on accounts of india@75. Mega festival including Music, Dance, Folk Contemporary & Classical art, Food and Art & Crafts.
India@75 refers to the celebrations and initiatives undertaken by the Government of India to commemorate 75 years of India's independence in 2022. The celebrations aimed to showcase India's rich cultural heritage, achievements, and progress made since independence. The initiative included various events, programs, and schemes focused on promoting patriotism, national pride, and unity among citizens.
Art, Culture & Language Department organizes Academic as well as cultural activities like Music & Dance Programs, Seminars, Symposiums, Poet Meets, Plays and Publications etc. These activities are carried out through Sahitya Kala Parishad (SKP), various Language Academies and Dr. Goswami Girdhari Lal Shastri Prachya Vidhya Prathisthanam (Dr. G.G.L.S.P.V.P). |

| 11 | Infrastructure Development | It will include expenditure on Buildings and Structures for the newly constituted Language Academies. It will include expenditure for the procurement of information, computer, telecommunication (ICT) equipment etc. |
12 | Financial Assistance to NGO for Poetry, literature, Art & Culture. | Objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the NGO’s for organizing Poetry festival, Literary Festival, International Art Festival and promotion of Art & Culture activities. |
13 | Yuva Mahotsav | Programmes for encouraging, promoting and mentoring young. The funds of the scheme shall also be utilized for cultural and any other special public events pertaining to art and culture promotion as decided by the Government from time to time including events that would be required to be carried out under various Twin City Agreements with other cities/ countries. |
14 | Hiring of 11 Programme Officers | The department intends to expand the Cultural Activity in every corner of the Delhi. For this purpose, high level committees are also to be constituted in all eleven districts in Delhi under the chairpersonship of concerned Dy. Commissioners. For assistance of these committees, the department intends to hire services of 11 Programme Officers. The scheme came into existence in the F.Y. 2018-19. |
